Our client is a market leading business specialising in the supply of Site Safety & Security products selling into a wide variety of markets.
They are looking for a Office Based Sales Manager to manage two Business Development Executives with a view of growing this team to 4.
They are not really looking for industry specific experience, however, the Sales Management experience is pivotal.
* Salary is £40-50k Basic with monthly commission of up to £18k for the year based on personal and team targets.
* 22 Days Holiday + 8 Bank hols, Pension, Laptop, Phone etc.
Performance Management
• Continuously monitor team and individual performance against targets
• Provide regular feedback, performance appraisals, and structured development plans to address areas of improvement.
• Support the senior leadership team with accurate and timely sales reporting.
Training & Development
• Identify training needs and provide tailored coaching to improve team performance.
• Develop and deliver sales training programmes to improve knowledge, skills, and techniques.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Level of Knowledge and Experience
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in a data-driven, results oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, website analytics, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. • Sufficient experience in Syrinx or similar CRM Software
• Proficient in sales CRM tools, reporting systems, and website analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to coach, guide and motivate the sales teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong business acumen and a proactive, strategic mindset.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high performing sales team

• Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Improvement in sales conversion rates and team performance.
• Timely and accurate reporting of KPIs to the senior leadership team.
