We are looking for Multi Traders for a temp to perm position in Nottingham area, to start in immediately.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Rate: £11.44-£24.50 depending on experience

Successful candidate will be working on various estates within Nottingham

The successful candidates will need to have skills & knowledge within the following:

* Plumbing

* Carpentry

* Plastering

* Floor lying

* Electricity

The role is based on various estate’s working on various types of properties within London, therefore driving license is a MUST.

The post holder would need to have great communication skills as regular contact with tenants is expected, able to work alone and with the strict compliance with all regulations.
