The Role:
As an EYFS & KS1 Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons to children in EYFS and Key Stage 1.
Support the academic and emotional development of young learners, helping them build strong foundations for their education.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and motivated to learn.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and dynamic approach to teaching.
Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored feedback and support to ensure every child achieves their potential.
Stay committed to continuous professional development and attend relevant training, meetings, and conferences.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess:
QTS or proven experience working within EYFS or KS1 settings.
Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Key Stage 1.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching and learning.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students.
