The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be providing care to kids aged 5 to 16, with SEMH needs and ASD. In this role, you will act as a mentor to kids and help mitigate challenging behaviours. Prior experience in a SEMH environment, a background in sports coaching, as well as strong behaviour management skills will be crucial for this role.
