Lead Field Service Engineer
High Peak/Field Based

The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lead Field Service Engineer to join an organisation based in High Peak.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrically Bias Service Engineer to travel internationally, leading teams on installation projects.

The successful candidate will be based within a 1-hour drive of High Peak.

Scope of role:

- Responsible for leading individual teams on site to specific installation goals
- Participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
- Work on the tools with the installation team mainly in an electrical capacity, with some mechanical skills.

Essential Criteria:

- Strong Electrical background
- Excellent people management skills and a proven ability to manage teams on site
- Experience with automated processing machinery would be an advantage
- This role involves significant periods of time working away from home (Estimated around 50% of the year). Candidates must be comfortable with this.
