? The Job Mission

As a PMO Reporting Officer, you play a key role in performance reporting.
Your future team is central to project control and strategic oversight.
This role supports large-scale UK nuclear projects with cross-functional exposure.

⚡️ Define, update, and maintain project reporting procedures per EPR-E standards
⚡️ Deliver internal and external progress reports in line with contractual obligations
⚡️ Consolidate and analyse project data from SAP, P6, CEMAR, MDT, MANTIS, and more
⚡️ Provide strategic insights and performance indicators to the wider project team
⚡️ Regularly issue formal reports according to agreed project controls procedures
⚡️ Optimise tools and processes using feedback, standards, and best practice
⚡️ Support team members with training and guidance on tools and reporting practices
⚡️ Participate in cross-discipline groups to evolve PMO methods for future projects

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

? Essential Skills

? Strong experience with project reporting and performance analysis
? Skilled in tools such as SAP, Primavera (P6), CEMAR, MDT, or MANTIS
? Able to create reports aligned to contractual and procedural frameworks
? Experience defining or refining PMO processes and methodologies
? Familiar with producing performance indicators for complex projects
? Ability to consolidate and interpret technical project data
? Proven ability to support cross-functional project teams
? Excellent attention to detail and process optimisation skills

✔️ Desired Skills

✔️ Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and large infrastructure projects
✔️ Understanding of EPR-E project methodologies
✔️ Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard tools
✔️ Familiarity with metadata management systems (e.g. SP, CAMELEON)
✔️ Experience in mentoring or training other PMO professional
