Due to their catalogue of world-renowned customers and constant flow of work; this prestigious company are looking to add a CNC Mill­­­­­­­­er to their already successful team of machinists.

7:30am – 16:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 12:30pm Friday
8:30pm – 7.00am Monday to Wednesday, 8:30pm – 6:00am Thursday
Double days on a 2 week rotation

Job Description

Setting and operating 5 axis machines running on Siemens NX (ability to edit or programme would be advantageous)
Utilising a “right first time” and “zero-waste” mindset on an array of steel, titanium, nickel, and aluminium based products.
Ensuring route card instructions are followed and all appropriate documentation is compiled with the highest level of accuracy.
Machining low volume/high quality products.
Undertaking quality checks of own work, to ensure compliance to drawings and tolerances.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience working on either Fanuc, Mazatrol, Heidenhaim, siemens control systems.
Ability to read complex engineering drawings.
An accountable and positive attitude to all work tasks
Previous exposure to Nuclear/Power Generation/Aerospace industry
