Are you a Senior Estimator looking for a new opportunity? We are working with a main contractor who are seeking someone with experience of Estimating, specifically on Residential projects.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Salary: Competitive base salary plus bonusWe are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Estimator to join our clients Commercial team. Specialising in residential projects, this role is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and eager to grow within the company.

Day-to-day of the role:

Bills of Quantities: Prepare detailed bills of quantities for residential projects.
Take Offs: Conduct accurate take offs from drawings and specifications.
Tender Preparation: Develop comprehensive tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met.
Tender Submission: Manage the submission process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tenders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly ambitious with a desire to grow within the company.
