Engineering Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £45,000
Hours: Days Monday to Thrusday (08:00am-16:30pm), Friday (08:00am- 13:00pm)

The Role:
As the Engineering Manager, you will be leading a small team. This is a hands-on role suited for a leader able to control day-to-day operations, handle facilities management, and ensure a smooth running of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small team in their engineering and maintenance activities
Mechanical knowledge
PLC Fault Finding - Allen Bradley
Co-ordinate contracted services for specialist maintenance activity
Procure and oversee installation of plant and equipment
To maintain and improve the plantSkills & Experience:

Engineering Management Experience
Industrial/ Manufacturing Background
CAD Drawing, Basic AutoCAD
Knowledge of Plastic Fabrication and Welding
Excellent fault-finding skills.
