We have an immediate opportunity available to join our client as a warehouse administrator.

This position will start following successful interview

Key Responsibilities:

* Deal with incoming queries either by phone, email and provide appropriate responses to customers

* Manage and distribute incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the relevant department or individual

* Creation of operational reports upon request for management teams and customers

* Carry out general administrative duties, supporting the company’s operations

* Liaise with operational management on all aspects of inventory control to make informed decisions and maximize order utilisation

* Produce and check daily report for all customers ensuring accurate and timely information provided

Requirements:

* Previous experience in administration

* Computer literate (comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

* Strong communication skills

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Fluent in English

* Previous experience in using JDA or BlueYonder WMS Systems

Shift Timings

* Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00

* Successful candidates are asked to be flexible to cover holiday when required on other shifts (06:00-14:00/08:00-16:00)

Pay

* £11.50 per hour
