As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our client's valued consumers, representing their brand and ensuring their satisfaction. By delivering top-notch service through various communication channels, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their reputation as a provider of high-quality products. ?️

✨ Your Responsibilities ✨

✅ Provide prompt and professional assistance to consumers via email, telephone, letter, and social media, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved. ?

✅ Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to understand consumers' concerns and respond accordingly, leaving them feeling valued and satisfied with our client's brand. ?

✅ Collaborate with different teams, such as Technical and Food, to provide accurate and relevant information, ensuring a seamless consumer experience. ?

✅ Show empathy towards consumers and showcase our client's commitment to constantly improve by embracing feedback and turning every interaction into an opportunity to build stronger relationships. ❤️

✅ Analyse consumer contacts on a weekly basis, identifying any trends and reporting them to the marketing team. Your insights will help shape our client's strategies and refine their products, packaging, and communication. ?
