Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team for a 12-week assignment. The successful candidate will support managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
Process purchase orders with attention to detail and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Handle card payment transactions securely and efficiently.
Input, update, and maintain records in various databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Provide support to managers and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
Familiarity with sales order and purchase order processing systems.
Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Professional demeanour with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
