Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to largescale city centre projects. Due to continued growth my client is looking for a Project Manager (Mech bias) to join an exciting and fast-growing team. (Perm)

Their ideal candidate will:

* Have worked on large scale commercial projects.

* Some Elec experience.

* Used to working in a fast paced environment.

* Strong leader who can provide solutions fast.

* Report directly to the Mech Operations Manager.

* Experience with fit-out and new build would be desirable.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Management of site management team, Site Managers and Site Supervisors

* Attend and minute a weekly Operational Meeting to keep each other appraised from both a health and safety and programming point of view.

* Attendance at site visits / meetings.
