Hoop Professional Services is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Front of House/Box Office Team Member at a highly renowned and iconic organisation. This is a fantastic Fixed Term Contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position!

Position Overview:

Location: Cardiff
Contract: 3-month FTC, with potential for permanent
Salary: £24,400 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Shifts spread over 7 days, with flexible options:
3 days (8-hour shifts) or 4 days.
Weekend work available for those who prefer weekends.
Shift Times:
Weekdays: 5:45 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
Weekends: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Saturday and Sunday shifts finish no later than 6:00 PM.Benefits:

Be the first point of contact for customers
Handle ticket sales and assist with group bookings 
Sign in and out contractors for maintenance.
Manage bookings and inquiries via the ticketing system.
Ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Deliver a smooth and high-satisfaction experience for all visitors.Skills & Experience Required:
