CO Forklift Counterbalance / Warehouse Operative

? Location: Colnbrook
? Shifts: Wednesday – Saturday, 18:00 – 06:00 (4 on, 3 off)

We are looking for a physically fit and hardworking Warehouse Operatives with a Counterbalance Forklift licence to join our team. This role involves a significant amount of heavy lifting, so please only apply if you are comfortable with continuous manual handling.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Breaking and building pallets
✅ General warehouse duties
✅ Operating a forklift counterbalance when required

Requirements:

? Physically fit and able to lift heavy items continuously
? Have a valid Counterbalance Forklift licnece
? Comfortable working night shifts (18:00 – 06:00)
? Must undergo 5-year employment history checks
? Must complete a basic criminal record check
? Required to attend a Cargo Operative course
