TEAM COORDINATOR ROLE:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Organise team events, meetings, and offsite activities
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
Identify opportunities to improve team processes and efficiency
TEAM COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
Previous experience in a team coordination, administrative, or project support role (preferably within a media, creative, or fast-paced environment)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
A positive and adaptable attitude, with a keen eye for detail
