This advanced Software solutions provider is seeking a driven and self-motivated Solution Engineer to join their dynamic technical team. Based in Manchester with a hybrid working model, the key focus of this role is to implement and configure tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for:

Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives
Implementing and configuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs
Participating in technical discussions and workshops with clients, staying informed on industry trends
Providing technical support during the pre-sales process, identifying potential risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies
Working alongside the development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
Maintaining and developing integrations between the company’s platform and customer systems, primarily using C# and .Net
Collaborating with customer success and support teams to resolve post-implementation issues and optimize the customer journeyThe following skills & experience are required:

Strong expertise in cloud computing, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices architecture
Solid experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools
Experience in implementing software solutions
Knowledge of supporting and maintaining bespoke applications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
