Technical Author – Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary up to £40,000 plus package

We’re partnering with a global leader in UV curing technology, primarily serving the printing industry. With a strong international presence and cutting-edge innovations, this company is continuing to grow and is now looking for a Technical Author to join their team.

This role is based at their head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with the flexibility for hybrid working. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operation manuals and quote generators, currently in large Excel formats, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Create and maintain customer-focused content, including quick start guides, technical bulletins, and training materials.
Collaborate with developers, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
Research, structure, and present technical information in a clear, user-friendly, and visually engaging format.Key Requirements:

Proven experience in technical documentation or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical information.
Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
Experience in a technical industry (such as engineering, manufacturing, or printing) is advantageous but not essential.
