Field Sales – UK & Ireland territory (UK remote /Field-Based)

Industry Experience: Paper & packaging (1-2 Years)

Salary: £35-£45k + Commission + Car

What you will do:

* Build and manage relationships with existing and new clients across the UK & Ireland

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions

* Attend face-to-face client meetings, trade events, and site visits

* Collaborate closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

* Maintain accurate records via CRM, and report on sales activity and performance

What you will bring:

* 1-2 years’ experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management (B2B)

* Passion for developing client relationships and hunger to be in the field

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

* Self-motivated with a proactive mindset – ready to manage your own diary and hit the ground running

* Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland (clean driving licence required)
