I am looking for a Maintenance Manager who specialises in repairs and voids to join a charitable housing association in the Surrey area. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective management of the reactive repairs and voids services. This is a hybrid role with business mileage included for site based travel.

Maintenance Manager duties:

Manage an internal repairs team and external contractors to ensure works are completed to standard and timescales
Responsibility of procuring new contracts
Put in place a programme of inspections and surveys across the stock portfolio
Manage void processes, ensuring asset management responsibilities are met and delivered to a high standard
What is required for the role:

Experience delivering a repairs and voids service in a social housing setting
Experience managing a DLO and external contractors
Knowledge and some experience procuring contracts and implementng contracts
Trade relevant qualification
