Job Title: M&E Estimator

Salary: Up to £55,000

Are you an experienced estimator ready to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic M&E Estimator to join our team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality technical proposals to both existing and new clients.

Why This Role?

As the M&E Estimator, you’ll be responsible for leading the entire estimation process— from cost modelling and margin assessment to bid pricing and client presentations. You'll be at the heart of shaping winning tenders and proposals that drive business growth while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting bespoke solutions that deliver the results they seek.

* Cost Modelling & Risk Analysis: Develop accurate pricing models and identify any commercial or technical risks associated with proposals.

* Proposal Management: Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring accurate, competitive, and market-leading submissions.

* Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, including operations, ensuring a seamless handover from estimation to execution.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience in preparing cost estimates and proposals within the M&E industry.

* Thorough understanding of industry standards such as SFG20, HVCA, CIBSE, and BICS.

* Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial modelling.

* An organized, methodical approach with strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and risk assessment.

* Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships and ensure bid profitability.
