We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee both the operational management and nursing governance of a small nursing home in Batley that support adults with learning disabilities and nursing care

You will be registered with CQC as the Registered Manager for this service, therefore, you must have experience of supporting people with challenging behaviours and nursing needs and be confident supporting your team who will be providing a high level of support.

This is very much a management role where you will provide clinical governance and strategic oversight coupled with operational responsibility for budgets, staffing, recruitment, compliance etc.

Essential criteria:

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management

CQC Registered Manager

Clear understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours and nursing needs

Applications will be considered from candidates with previous experience of managing a Nursing Home, OR, with a valid OR lapsed NMC PIN

Full UK Driving Licence
