Job Title: Finance Officer (Contract, 3-6 Months)
Location: Southwark, London
Contract Duration: 3-6 Months

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our team on a contract basis to support the implementation of a new ERP system, specifically focusing on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) project. This role is based in Southwark and is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in finance, accounts payable processes, and project work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* ERP Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of the new ERP system with a focus on the P2P project.

* Accounts Payable: Utilize the SAP Accounts Payable module to manage invoices, raise Purchase Orders (POs), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

* Reporting & Analysis: Run procurement reports, download data into Excel, and create monitoring tools to support the project work.

* Project Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables, leveraging your experience in similar project roles.

Key Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience in a finance role, particularly within accounts payable. Experience with SAP Accounts Payable is essential.

* MS Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report creation.

* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the accounts payable process, including raising POs, GRNs, and processing invoices.

* Project Work: Prior experience in supporting project work, preferably within a finance or procurement context.
