Our client is a leading Property Firm based new St Pauls and are looking for a NQ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor and become an integral part of their growing conveyancing team. They are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in residential property law to contribute to the continued success of their firm.
  
Requirements:

- Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
- Experience handling a variety of residential property transactions.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  
Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor:

- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in property law.
- Provide clear and concise advice to clients throughout the transaction.
- Uphold the values and reputation of our high-street practice.
