Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:

* Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.

* Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.

* Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program.

* Answer queries, report defects, and keep the client informed of site activities during service visits.

To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer role you must have:

* Full current driving licence.

* IT literacy for record keeping.

* Good customer service skills.

* Physical ability to carry out the duties detailed in the job description.

* Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required, covering over 300 locations across the North of England.

* Self-motivation and solutions-focused mindset.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector, or similar.

* Qualification to Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
