QA Manager
West Yorkshire – commutable from Huddersfield, Mirfield, Halifax, Bradford, Dewsbury and Leeds
Up to £90,000 with a substantial benefits package

My client, a global pharmaceutical company, have a rare opportunity for a QA Manager to join their team in West Yorkshire!

As part of the Site Leadership team, you will manage a team of 7 and be present on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities of the QA Manager will be:

• Recruitment, training, and performance management of team members
• Collation and reporting of quality metrics at site and business level
• Interpreting European and US cGMP guidelines and regulations and applying to ways of working and integrating into the QMS at site
• Champions key quality systems on site: Change Control, Validation and Cleaning Validation
• Participate in and lead regulatory and customer audits – MHRA and FDA
• Provide expertise and support on Quality and cGMP aspects to other departments
• Ensures that all incidents, OOS and OOT results are investigated, root caused and appropriate CAPAS are put in place.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and change-focused candidate who will possess a broad knowledge of the business, effective communication, interpersonal, organisation & decision-making skills with the ability to lead, manage and motivate teams within a pressurised environment.

The ideal candidate for the QA Manager will have:

• A BSc or equivalent in a Scientific subject
• Experienced working in a Pharmaceutical GMP environment
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
