Job Title: Admin/Data Clerk

Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced company located in Aberdeen. With their commitment to excellence and continuous growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin/Data Clerk to join their team.

As an Admin/Data Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative and data management functions of our client's organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

This position pays £11.50 - £12.00 per hour. Please note that due to the location of this role you will only be considered if you drive and have access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of items for scanning.
Scanning of hardcopy data using large format scanners.
Rebuilding files after scanning.
Input of data in an efficient and accurate manner.
Use initiative to identify any improvements or efficiencies.
Advise Supervisor of issues requiring attention.
Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure:
Our clients and Team Member's sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law.
Our Team Member's and client's rights under the legislation are fully protected.
Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules.
Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them. Skills:
