Area to be covered: South (ideally based London & South East)
Remuneration: £55,000 + £20,000 bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Metal Roofing will involve:
* Technical Regional Sales Manager sales position selling a high quality range of metal roofing & guttering systems
* Working on predominantly refurbishment projects within both the industrial and commercial
* Majority of your time will be focused on selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies
* The remaining portion of your time will be spend selling directly to / offering technical support to roofing installers and contractors
* Dealing with order values ranging from £5k-£300k+
* Contributing to a team turnover of circa £15m
* Provide in depth technical support and advice on site
The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager – Metal Roofing with:
* Must have sold metal roofing systems
* Must have experience selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies, roofing installers and roofing contractors
* Would consider a technical guru with no field sales
* Must have experience working on refurbishment projects
* Ideally have construction site experience
* Ability to hunt for new projects whilst also building and retaining relationships along the way
* Ability to sell a technical solution rather than on price
