As a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance, ensuring customer service excellence.

Customer Services Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with warehouse in relation to customer orders, picking, and stock queries
Processing of customer orders
Taking payments from customers
Running of daily reports as required
Managing allocated stock
Handling all customer queries and discrepancies
Skills & Experience as Customer Services Administrator :

Previous experience in an administration role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem solving abilities and a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
