About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious contractor known for delivering some of London’s most luxurious residential projects, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic chance to manage the financial aspects of high-profile, bespoke properties right in the heart of London. You’ll oversee cost's, tender's, keeping projects to budget, and financial management, helping to deliver exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Experience:

The ideal candidate brings a background in high-end residential projects and has a keen eye for detail. Experience in managing project costs, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining strong financial controls is essential. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about luxury construction, this role could be a perfect fit.

Project Examples:

The type of projects this role would see you working on are single dwellings and penthouses, full strip outs and refurbs, big basement digs with indoor swimming pools, extensions, luxury fit outs, the works. Projects range in value from £1m to £10m+.
