Location: Abingdon, OX14

Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per year

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer with a strong background in precision machining and a commitment to high-quality standards? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to program, set up, and operate a range of CNC mills and lathes, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

The opportunity to work on low-volume projects with precision tolerance requirements (around 20mm) using advanced Fanuc systems and cutting-edge Doosan, Matsuura, and Mazak machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precise, right-first-time components.

Interpret engineering drawings for accurate programming, setting, and manufacturing processes.

Develop layout sheets to document tooling, setups, and parameters for repeatable quality results.

About You:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years programming and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.

Skills: Proficient in advanced Fanuc (ISO) programming, with hands-on experience in Doosan, Matsuura, and Mazak equipment.

Attention to Detail: Capable of working to tight tolerances and achieving high standards consistently.
