We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pizza Takeaway Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pizza takeaway business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for food quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a great customer experience while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway, ensuring smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee inventory control.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance.
Prepare staff work schedules and handle shift management.
Motivate and lead the team to maintain efficiency and morale.

Customer Service:

Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve service quality.

Financial Management:

Manage budgets, costs, and sales to maximise profitability.
Process payments, handle cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
Implement promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales.

Quality Control:

Ensure food quality and consistency in line with brand standards.
Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Regularly inspect equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
