Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned house builder based near Portsmouth that specializes in delivery of new build housing across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to work alongside their team in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking Defect Calls

*

Liaising and helping with any customer care complaints

*

Issuing works to make sure defects and maintenance work is being completed

*

Tracking completion of works

*

Dealing with the aftercare to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

*

3+ years experience working with the Customer Care sector for a construction company

*

Driveable commute to the office (Portsmouth Area)
