In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring their customers receive outstanding service while keeping their office operations running like clockwork.
You will receive a salary of up to £27,000 per annum, plus free parking.
What you’ll do as Customer Service Advisor:
Onboard customers like a pro! Handle contract renewals and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires with ease.
Deliver WOW-worthy service. Be the friendly voice on phone, email, and live chat, offering expert advice and resolving issues seamlessly.
Ace quoting & processing. Tackle contract renewals, service job quotes, and engineer site reports
Be a problem-solver. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and respond to online reviews with professionalism.
Keep it organised. Manage trade accounts, process returns and refunds, and input orders accurately.
Build relationships. Nurture strong client connections to boost satisfaction and drive success.
Own the numbers. Provide insightful monthly reports and assist across departments as needed.
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Advisor?

Previous experience in customer service or office admin

Confidence with internal databases and reporting systems.
