Fleet Administrator

Our client is looking for an individual to join their team, joining initially on a six month temporary basis.

We are looking for someone who is positive, keen to learn and has an inquisitive mind. You will need to be a self-starter, have excellent attention to detail and be highly numerate. You will be joining a small and friendly team so being a keen team player is a must.

As a first point of contact for all external clients, you will be working in a varied role that will include all elements of customer service, administration and payments.

The Role:

* Manage and prepare documentation for Credit Lines

* Maintaining credit limits for clients

* Complete, provide and send all relevant financial documentation and agreements

* Providing support to field based staff

* Provide finance quotations

* Loading proposals onto the system
