Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a high-end bathroom retailer that requires a Senior Bathroom Designer based in Essex.

Salary: Paying a basic of £35,000, plus uncapped commission (£50,000 - £60,000 OTE).

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8.30am – 5.30pm, with a day off in the week. Closed Sunday.

The Role:

* Meeting clients in the showroom and offering the very highest levels of customer service.

* Achieving monthly and annual sales target.

* Designing and creating bathrooms using Virtual Worlds CAD software.

* Understanding the customers brief and turning into reality, exceeding all expectations.

* Preparing design proposals for presentation.

* Handling all aspects of the design and planning, including on-site surveys.

* Managing each project from start to completion, including installation and snagging issues.

* Providing outstanding customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

* At least 3 years’ experience in designing and selling bathrooms.

* Possessing an excellent and advanced technical knowledge of bathroom design.

* Proven track record in bathroom design and able to provide examples of own design work as well as sales figures (circa. £1m p/a).

* Virtual Worlds CAD software experience (preferable).

* Driven, hungry and motivated.

* High attention to detail, professional with an excellent sales acumen.

* Full UK driving licence.
