We are seeking an experienced Spanish speaking (Fluent) Credit Controller for a prestigious international client based in Shirley, Solihull.

Are you a good problem solver who will work proactively with Spanish Clients to address problems?

As a hands on Credit Controller you will be reporting to the Credit Control Manager and communicating with the international client base with the aim of reducing and managing outstanding debt on the ledger.

You will be part of a small, vibrant Credit Control team and working for a very well-respected international company.

Your role will involve

Chasing all debts in a direct and firm but approachable manner.
Monitoring Credit Limits ensuring payment terms are adhered to.
Working with international clients to reduce overdue debt
Proactively working with clients to resolve any issues and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

We are seeking someone who has…

Fluent Spanish language skills
Significant credit control and Accounts Payable experience
An understanding of how Spanish companies operate
Ideally experience in working within an international company
It goes without saying you will have tenacity, a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and problem solve.
