About the Role:

Rota: 1 on / 2 off, including a full day and sleep-in shifts

Environment: Small, 2-bed home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Management: Work under the guidance of a highly experienced manager dedicated to supporting staff and residents

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to children with EBD

Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment

Assist with daily routines, activities, and educational support

Engage in therapeutic activities and interventions

Maintain accurate records and reports

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with EBD is preferred but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Flexibility to work on a 1 on / 2 off rota, including sleep-in shifts
