The Estimator job where you will be working with multinational clients, responsible for ensuring projects are priced and submitted to clients meeting key criteria requested.

More specifically:

Carry out pre Tender site visits through out the UK and Ireland

Manage the tender process and Tender deliverables

Where applicable prepare accurate Bills of Quantities from drawings, specifications and schedule of finishes

Issue enquiries for work packages, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

Completion of priced Bills of Quantities

Assessing the levels of risk on a project.

Calculate site preliminary costs

You will have

To be successful as Estimator, you will be an experienced construction estimator with a healthy mix of the following:

3+ years Estimating experience within a Fit Out/ Construction company

Possess either a Third Level Qualification in construction related subject or demonstrate significant and high level of experience obtained working in a comparable role

Demonstrate knowledge of estimating on previous projects.

Have an extensive knowledge of construction practices that can be used on to analyse costs.

Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Information Technology in general 

Travel though out the UK and Ireland as and when required
