Are you an experienced Lead Data Engineer with a passion for AI, LLMs, and cutting-edge analytics? Do you thrive in a start-up environment, leading teams and building scalable data solutions? We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to drive our data strategy, manage a small team, and help shape the future of AI-driven analytics.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & mentor a team of junior data engineers
Design, build & optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
Work with LLMs, vector databases, and real-time data processing
Develop and deploy machine learning models with Python
Architect data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Ensure data integrity, security, and high performance
Collaborate with data scientists & engineers to deliver AI-driven insights

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in data engineering & leading small teams
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI-driven workflows
Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.) and their applications
Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes & data warehouses
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) & containerization
Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and modern data stack
Startup mindset – hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
