Our client a leader in the supply of agriculture machinery within the UK is currently going through a period of growth and is currently seeking a Permanent Field Sales Manager to join their team at a very exciting time.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a good understanding of modern farming and contracting practices, be self-motivated and present a professional image to the customer.

The role will be based in Luton.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* You will be demonstrating and selling a range of premium brand agricultural machinery

* Managing both existing and new business opportunities

* Supporting the service teams with client information

* Providing information to clients about our machinery, requiring enthusiasm for the industry.

* Managing your own diary

Ideal Candidate will have:

* Must have a full UK driving licence.

* The ability to communicate with customers and other work colleagues with a flexible approach to completing the assigned tasks.

* Experience in agricultural machinery and farming practice, with a passion for the industry.

* Capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.

* Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere and can cope under pressure during busy periods.

* Basic IT skills
