Job Title: Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP)
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Contract Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Independent Non-Medical Prescriber passionate about supporting individuals affected by substance and alcohol use? We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate NMP to join our Inclusion team in Staffordshire.

About the Role:
As a Non-Medical Prescriber, you will:

Deliver safe, evidence-based prescribing services Monday to Friday.

Provide expert clinical care and interventions including detoxification and health assessments.

Support the development of prescribing practices across the county.

Lead and supervise nursing/recovery staff, mentor new prescribers, and deputise for the Clinical Lead when required.

Collaborate with internal and external health and care professionals to ensure holistic, inclusive care.

Promote health equality and reduce stigma among service users.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Independent NMP (NMC/GPC registered).

Experience within a drug and alcohol service setting.

Knowledge of harm reduction, detoxification, physical/mental health conditions related to substance use.

Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.

Able to travel across Staffordshire and work flexibly as required
