An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Milton Keynes as a Internal Sales Co-ordinator Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm. This is a office based position.
As the Internal Sales Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
Accurately process all orders throughout the day observing the cut-off timelines for each site.
Confirming stock lines being shipped same day within 4 hours of receipt and manufactured orders within 24 hours.
Acknowledge orders & code all enquiries within ½ hour of inbox arrival
Provide excellent customer service to Internal and External customers including the Webchat service

The successful Team Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
Provide a high standard of order processing management
Superior time management skills with the ability to meet SLAs
Excellent customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience in a sales support role preferred
