Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:
Support students with severe behavioural conditions
Majority of students have an autism diagnosis
Support academic progress
Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
Collaborate with experienced teachers
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Qualifications required:
Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
Prior education / SEN experience
Strong behaviour management
Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
Excellent communication skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
