To provide the day to day administration support to the Connected SLT
Specific Responsibilities
Provide diary management to MD of Connected and the SLT
Provide a comprehensive administration service to all Connected SLT as required.
To liaise with clients to resolve problems/issues at earliest opportunity.
General office duties.
Travel and hotel booking
Ensure Connected align with the Group processes
Liaise collaboratively with internal stakeholders and pillars
Build relationships with office and site based colleagues
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and keen to extend knowledge on software packages further.
Well organised with good time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Previous experience in a senior administration role

This job is a part-time permanent role, 10am-2pm or 10am-3pm is an option to be discussed on interview. Monday to Friday from our Warrington Office
