Food and Beverage Assistant required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the Lutterworth area. This is a high end Restaurant and the drinks service is of a high standard. You will need to drive due to the location or have your own mode of transport. The establishment is a great environment to work in & they have a nice range of customers being a hotel and restaurant. Food and Beverage Assistant £24,960, 40hrs per week, plus tips which are paid every 2 months.

The role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will work in the F&B department over the Restaurant, bar and events, depending on the shift and the day. the role will depend based on the F&B outlet you are working in that day. This role will include all the normal bar person duties.

Experience
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant who has high standards, you can take drink orders and take them to tables using the trays, you can work in the restaurant or events. you have good communication skills and a good knowledge of different types of drinks. You will have knowledge of the laws of drinks and of measures allowed.
