Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our clients’ premium residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage high-end residential projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
