Job Description:
You will be required to supervise a team, carrying out the refurbishment of an office which will consist of the below:

AC installation
Flooring (replace/ install)
Ceiling (replace/ install)
Electrical lighting installation
Decoration
Providing permits
Health & safety assessment  
Qualifications required:

SSSTS or SMSTS
First Aid
RAMS
Screening process will be required by the onsite client for security clearance  
Details:

Location: Plymouth
Contract start date: 25th November (6–8-week contract – additional 2-3 months’ work available following the first project)
Pay rate: £260 per day
