Multi Trade Plumber – Covering SE London with Rochester based office

Full Time TTP – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8-5)

Salary: £36,000 per annum + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:

* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

* A wide variety of plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties including at least 2 other secondary trade skills

* Basic skills of carpentry, flooring, general glazing, plastering, decorating, and tiling

* The work will include:

* Bathroom installations

* First and second fixing

* Emergency water escape repairs

* Drainage

* Tap Change

* Ball Valve

* Waste Blockage

* Pipe Work

* Shower pump replacements

* Ceramic wall tiling

The successful candidate will have:

* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent

* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)

* Full, UK driving licence
