Parts Advisor Job Opportunity – Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour (DOE) + Overtime at Time and a Half
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Saturdays on a rota basis: 08:00 - 12:00
The Role
We are working with a highly regarded client in the automotive industry to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for their Bridgwater location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to providing top-quality service to their parts customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and allocating vehicle parts efficiently.
* Monitoring stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
* Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and correct dispatch of parts, exceeding customer expectations where possible.
What We’re Looking For:
* Industry Experience: Essential experience working with commercial vehicle parts.
* System Knowledge: Familiarity with Kerridge/ADP systems is a strong advantage.
* Customer Service Skills: A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent relationships.
* Organisational Ability: Highly adaptable with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
